Fruityments provides delivery services exclusively within the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We operate only within these areas to ensure that our products arrive fresh and in optimal condition.
2. Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders within a 5-kilometer radius of G-11, Islamabad.
- Delivery Fees Beyond 5 KM: For deliveries outside this 5-kilometer radius but within Islamabad and Rawalpindi, additional delivery charges may apply. The exact fees will be calculated based on the distance from G-11 and will be displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. This may vary depending on the volume of orders and the specific delivery location.
- Same-Day Delivery: For orders placed before 9:00AM, we offer same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next day.
4. Delivery Schedule
- Operating Hours: Our delivery services are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- No Deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays: Deliveries will not be made on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
